Patients needing to schedule a new patient appointment, or re-establishing care appointment (i.e. have not seen a primary care provider within the previous two years) with a medical provider, will be required to call the New Patient Appointment line at 918-332-4430, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on the first Wednesday of the each month. Patients will be required to leave a voice message, with their name, date of birth and a callback number. Patients will be scheduled for an available appointment, for the following month in the order in which the messages are received. When the total number of messages received meets or exceeds the number of appointments available, the outgoing message on the voicemail will be changed, advising patients that all appointments are full, and patients will need to call back the following month. Once all appointment slots are full, any remaining patients who have left messages will be contacted and their name will be placed on a waiting list. In the event of a cancellation, patients may be contacted for an available appointment slot from the names on the waiting list.
